TRIPLE CITRUS IMMUNITY SHOT

Take care of your immune system.

Your immune system is the natural defense system that fights invading diseases such as viruses, parasites, and fungi. When your system gets compromised, you might end up sick.

There is no single supplement or pill you can use to improve your immune system. However, adopting healthy living habits helps you prevent infectious diseases. Citrus fruits are high in vitamin C and help increase the production of white blood cells which are necessary to fight infections.

When possible, you should boost your immune system especially with flu and covid season coming up.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 grapefruit peeled and cubed

  • 2 large oranges peeled and cubed

  • 1 lemon peeled and cubed

  • 1 small ginger root peeled

  • *teaspoon of honey (add for sweetness)

  • 1/2 cup of water (for a lighter mixture)

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Peel fruits and add to a blender

  2. Blend until smooth (about 60 seconds)

  3. Add water if desired to create a thinner liquid mixture

  4. Serve cold, about 100ml. Drink about a few times a week, especially during winter season.

  5. Store in an air-tight container in the fridge for up to one week.
