IMMUNE BOOSTING JUICE

The perfect blend of sweet, refreshing and healthy.

Carrots, apples, and oranges are a winning combination for helping your body protect itself and fight off infections.

My immune boosting orange juice contains seasonal citrus fruits; oranges, clementines, lemons, and carrots that are filled with vitamins A and C.

INGREDIENTS:
Serves about 4 glases (28 oz / 800 ml )


• 1 lemon peeled and cubed
• 1 ginger peeled and cubed
• 2 apples cubed
• 3 oranges peeled and cubed
• 4 clementines peeled and cubed
• 5 medium carrots peeled and cubed

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Peel and cube fruits.

2. Add to a juicer in batches.

3. Pour into a small glass, serve fresh with an ice cube.

4. Store in air-tight container up to one week.
