4 INGREDIENT BANANA PANCAKES

Super fluffy and fresh 4 ingredient pancakes. Gluten-Free.

Easy and healthy Sunday brunch is a must. These four ingredient banana pancakes will be your new favorite if you love a healthy breakfast treat. They’re free of bad sugars and added preservatives. Simply delicious! You can always add blueberries or chocolate chips into them.

Prep time 5 minutes / Cook time: 10 minutes / Serves: 1

INGREDIENTS:

• 1 banana mashed
• 1 egg
• 1/4 teaspoon of baking powder
• 2 tablespoons of flour (GF flour or regular)
Optional: cinnamon powder

INSTRUCTION:

  1. Mash banana, add baking powder and egg. Toss in flour and fold.

  2. Add a little bit of unsalted butter or oil to a pan. Divide batter into 4-5 portions.

  3. Cook until golden about 2-3 minutes per side.

  4. Top with your favorite berries, chia seeds, cinnamon, maple syrup or jam.

  5. Enjoy!
