Drinking tea regularly can have a positive lasting impact on your well-being. As the second most consumed beverage in the world, tea provides various health benefits such as boosting your immune system, aids with digestion, and offers a quick boost of energy.
There are many different types of tea; black, green, herbal. They all offer different benefits when consumed properly without added sugars.

TEA AND SUSTAINABILITY
When it comes to sustainability, loose tea is always a better option. Tea bags are full of micro-plastics and offer much less benefits than loose tea. There are a lot of opportunities to make tea consumption more sustainable from the way the leaves are grown and sourced, packaged.
